Blewbury Brass Band “In Concert”
The Blewbury Brass Band will be giving a concert on the evening of Saturday 17 May, in the Blewbury Village Hall at 7.30 PM.
The Main Band, under the baton of Musical Director Ian Barlow, will play a wide range of pieces including Eleanor Rigby, Skyfall, Jurassic Park, Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines and much more.
Our increasingly impressive Learner Band, conducted by Judith Atkins, are expected to play pieces including Dem Bones, Amazing Grace and Yellow Submarine.
Tickets are £5 per adult and £1 per child, available on the door, or from Savages in Blewbury, the Blewbury Post Office, the Blewbury Service Station, or from Martin Holliss (07931 376501 / martin@montagnac.eu).
Being the band’s first concert for many years, this should prove to be a most enjoyable evening.
Doors and a licensed bar will open at 7.00 PM.
