Instrument sponsorship
While good brass instruments (especially larger ones) are not cheap, we are extremely fortunate in already havng a range of instruments for use by members of the band.
We encourage players to buy their own instruments, but the cost of a good new cornet exceeds £1,500, the cost of a top-quality new euphonium is in the region of £5,000 and an Eb bass can cost up to £10,000.
We’re not planning to buy instruments of such an exalted level, but our flow of new and young learners does require us to invest in several mid-range (mainly secondhand) instruments.

Your help will be hugely appreciated and, as an instrument sponsor, your name will be engraved “in perpetuity” on the case of the instrument that is bought with your funds.
