‘Try an Instrument’ with Blewbury Brass Beginner Band

Blewbury Brass Beginner Band is holding a ‘Try an Instrument’ event at Blewbury School next Wednesday 15th March at 6pm. Local children (and adults) are invited to come along and have a go on a variety of brass instruments used by the band including cornets, tenor horns, baritones, euphoniums, trombones and tubas. It will also be possible to try drums and percussion.

Band MDs Ian Barlow and Judith Atkins will be on hand to talk about what the band has to offer to learner (and experienced) players and information will be available for those wishing to join the band or start lessons.

You will also have an opportunity to listen to our Beginner Band in action. Beginner brass players who come along are welcome to bring their instrument and join in. For more information please contact Judith md-learnerband@blewburybrassband.org.uk
